Café is a brand of GE Appliances, which is owned by Haier and based in Louisville, Kentucky. It was a GE product line from 2007 and became a brand of its own in 2018, with its own store and its own warranty. The warranty is one year on the whole appliance, parts and labor. On Café's site it scores 4.1 out of 5 across 190 owner reviews, and 19 of those (10%) are one star. That is one in ten. The most detailed one-star review describes burner igniters that kept clicking, nine repair visits and two replacement ranges.
