Owala is a Trove Brands company, based in Lehi, Utah; Trove also owns BlenderBottle. Owala says to use it for cold water and drinks, not hot, carbonated or perishable ones. The lifetime warranty covers the bottle; accessories get one year. The links go to Owala's own store, so delivery and returns are Owala's.

“I love the built in straw! And this cup keeps the water cold for hours even overnight!”
“The ring on top breaks easily. The manufacturer won’t replace it says that’s normal to break after 4 days. Bottom dents and scratches easily. Straw doesn’t stay in place keeps falling to the bottom.”
