Café is a brand of GE Appliances, which is owned by Haier and based in Louisville, Kentucky. It was a GE product line from 2007 and became a brand of its own in 2018, with its own store and its own warranty. The warranty is one year on the whole appliance; Café's spec sheet lists parts and no separate labor cover. On Café's site it scores 3.5 out of 5 across 469 owner reviews, and 104 of those (22%) are one star. That is a high share. The one-star reviews we read describe the machine or its display stopping work at around a year, soon after the warranty ends, and Café's support being unable to repair it. Owners who rate it highly praise the look and the coffee. You buy from Café's own store, so delivery, returns and the warranty are Café's.
