Who makes it, and what to know
Café is a brand of GE Appliances, which is owned by Haier and based in Louisville, Kentucky. It was a GE product line from 2007 and became a brand of its own in 2018, with its own store and its own warranty. The warranty is one year on the whole appliance; Café's spec sheet lists parts and no separate labor cover. It is a 2026 model, so there is no long-term record yet: Café's site has 26 reviews, all from its first weeks, and every one we read is marked incentivized, meaning the reviewer received something for writing it. The one one-star review says a little water stays in the tank after brewing and the basket stays damp, so it needs drying between uses. You buy from Café's own store, so delivery, returns and the warranty are Café's.
