Café is a brand of GE Appliances, which is owned by Haier and based in Louisville, Kentucky. It was a GE product line from 2007 and became a brand of its own in 2018, with its own store and its own warranty. The warranty is one year on the whole appliance, parts and labor. On Café's site it scores 3.9 out of 5 across 723 owner reviews, and 73 of those (10%) are one star. That is one in ten. The most detailed one-star review describes food freezing on the top shelf when items block the cold-air inlet at the back. Owners who rate it highly say it is quiet and suits two people; one adds that the freezer could be larger. You buy from Café's own store, so delivery, returns and the warranty are Café's.
