Who makes it, and what to know
Haden is a British appliance brand; its Amazon listings say it has been trusted since 1958. Haden's own website is its UK store, whose models run on 220-240 volts and will not work in a US kitchen. The Amazon listings we link are the US 120-volt versions. We could not find Haden's US warranty terms: its US store is closed to the public, so check the terms on the Amazon listing. The slots center the bread so both sides toast evenly, and the crumb tray pulls out.
