Café is a brand of GE Appliances, which is owned by Haier and based in Louisville, Kentucky. It was a GE product line from 2007 and became a brand of its own in 2018, with its own store and its own warranty. The warranty is one year on the whole appliance; Café's spec sheet lists parts and no separate labor cover. On Café's site it scores 3.4 out of 5 across 423 owner reviews, and 112 of those (26%) are one star. That is the highest share of any Café product we list: more than one in four. The one-star reviews we read describe water leaking from the machine, and the reviewer says other owners report the same.
