De'Longhi sells it in the US as the Rivelia LatteCrema, and its US warranty is handled by DeLonghi America; you pay to ship the machine to a service center and De'Longhi pays for the return. The two hoppers lift out, so you can keep two coffees ready, such as a dark roast and a decaf. Cold milk drinks need a separate accessory.
