The warranty is from nutribullet, LLC, and the owner pays shipping and handling on a return or replacement. nutribullet says its more powerful blenders suit frequent ice and frozen fruit better than the Pro 900. Its own store sells the Pro 900 in six matte colors that it says are sold only there.
